I love fall. The changing weather, fires in the woodstove, warm kitties in the sunshine, all great things. It really makes me want to bake. Last week I made Raisin Spice Cookies (one of my personal favorites) and tonight I am making Spiderweb Pumpkin Cheesecake for Halloween tomorrow. Which also means that I will be making somthing else with pumpkin in it within the week to use up the rest of the can of pumpkin, not counting the 4 pumpkin pies that I am making for the Christmas party that I have on Saturday.

oooo your dadda is gonna be very disapointed, he is not there to enjoy that spider web cheese cake. Looks yummy catty and I don't even like the cakey pie stuff =)

I love pumpkin cheesecake! That is one of my all time favorites. Yummmmmmmmy.
